New Super Mario Bros Wii.- Review
Mario games have been here since 1985. Here in NikStars we believe that New Super Mario Bros Wii is a perfect capture of the original game but with a modern twist.
Graphics
This game wasn’t meant for “realistic graphics”. But the use of colors brought the creative worlds to life. As you go through 9 worlds, each one is unique with a trade mark antagonist plus, a refreshing color theme.
Music
My favorite music in New Super Mario Bros Wii must be the “Underground Theme”. It is awesome. Just by listening to the track you feel as thought your under ground and the stupid Goombas are annoying you. Without the music i don’t think New Super Mario Bros Wii would be as enjoyable as with music. The tracks suit each and every level, when you get a Star, the music changes and when you ride Yoshi the music goes into a tropical theme.
Levels
You can never get bored with New Super Mario Bros Wii. As you progress through the game there is always something new and exciting just waiting for you! The levels do get harder as you start reaching the end, but not so hard that you want to throw your Wii in the dump… But gaining lives is pretty easy, you can easily gain 99 lives by the time you reach world 5. *SPOILER* when you reach 99 lives Mario takes of his Hat 
Features
The new “Star Coin” system is pretty exciting. You would have to go through the most difficult situations just to find all three Start Coins for that level. But its totally worth it, once you get all the Star Coins World 9 is yours to play.
They also introduced two new suits for Mario. The propeller suit is awesome, its particularly useful for world 4, when you fall most of the time. All you do is shake the Wii Remote and then you make Mario fly. The penguin suit is also pretty good especially for World 3! You can glide across the ice and defeat the Goombas. The penguin suit also make swimming easier since you don’t have to constantly press 2.
Overall I would give this awesome game a 9/10!! The extra point is lost because, the Star Coins are a bit difficult to find, and most people would want to play World 9….
