Slave Rescue

This quest is found in Bowerstone Market. Talk to him and he’ll tell you about some captured slaves in Bower Lake that you have to rescue. He hands you Civilian Rescue Details which will lead you out to Bower Lake.

Follow the glowing trail a bit north of the entrance to the market and you’ll soon reach the small bandit camp where the prisoners are held, right on the edge of the lake. Start to finish them of with a Shock spell, you’ll collect A Key, after killing “the boss” which you can use to unlock the caravan cage on the water edge and complete the quest.
